Payment
We accept VISA and Mastercard.
We do not charge any card fees.
The payment will be deducted from you card when the order is shipped.
Freight
We deliver to all GLS Parcelshops throughout Sweden and Germany for a fixed fee of EUR 9.95. Stock items are shipped 1-2 business days after we receive your order. Orders are usually shipped together as soon as all items are available. You can always follow your package on the Track & Trace link that you receive in the email along with your order confirmation.
Cancellation
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us if you change your mind regarding your purchase. You can send an email to mail@norvigroup.dk or use the standard cancellation form.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Cancel part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order.
Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport.
The condition of the item when you send it back
If the item is deemed to have lost value due to misuse by the purchaser, you will receive an appropriate refund based on the condition of the goods to be refunded. The amount refunded depends on the condition and commercial value of the item to be returned.
We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a decrease in the value of the goods to be refunded.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you change your mind regarding your purchase you will receive a refund, subject to the condition and saleability of the goods.
We will refund all payments received from you, no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice that you will cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used at the time of purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us proof of having returned it.

Warranty
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to purchases of goods.
This means that you have a right to make a complaint for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can refund your shipping costs.

When you return the item, please enclose a detailed description of the problem.
Privacy Policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, tel. No. and email address.
We register and pass on the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the item to you.
The personal information is registered with NorviGroup Denmark A/S and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.
The data responsible for www.temprakon.dk is NorviGroup Denmark A/S.
You have the right to be informed of what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it. It can e.g. be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it.
